- 3/4 cup (160 g) cream cheese
- 1/4 cup (30 g) grated parmesan cheese

- 1–2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) reserved pasta cooking water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chili flakes, fresh parsley for garnish
