Ingredients
- 3 cans (5 oz each) wild-caught tuna
- 2.5 celery stalks, chopped
- ½ English cucumber, chopped
- 4–5 radishes, chopped
- ½ medium red onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup pitted Kalamata olives, halved
- Fresh parsley and mint
- Zesty Dijon mustard dressing (lime juice, olive oil, sumac)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, lime zest and juice until blended. Gradually add olive oil while whisking until smooth. Season with sumac, salt, pepper, and optional crushed red pepper flakes.
- In a large bowl, combine drained tuna with celery, cucumber, radishes, green onions, red onion, olives, parsley, and mint. Mix gently.
- Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture and toss gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
