Ingredients

  • 2 cans Pillsbury Country biscuits (10 pieces per can) or 1 can of Grands biscuits
  • 1 cup roughly chopped apple pie filling
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Roll each biscuit into a 4-inch circle. If using Grands biscuits, split them into two layers before rolling.
  2. Place 1 tablespoon of apple pie filling in the center of each dough circle. Pinch edges together to seal and roll into a ball.
  3. Arrange filled bombs in the air fryer basket with space in between.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  5. While baking, mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  6. Once cooked, dip each bomb in melted butter and then roll in cinnamon sugar before cooling on a rack.
