  • 1 cup brown sugar (combined for various layers)
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  2. Prepare a greased 9-inch springform pan wrapped in tin foil.

  4. Toss sliced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon for filling.
  5. Combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, oats, and melted butter for crumble topping.
  6. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugars, cinnamon, cornstarch, vanilla, sour cream, and eggs until well combined.
  7. Layer half the cheesecake batter on the crust, followed by half the apples; repeat layers and finish with crumble topping.
