  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil or butter. Sauté the beef strips until browned (about 5–7 minutes); remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until translucent. Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
  4. Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard; simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low, stir in sour cream, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Return the beef to the skillet, stirring gently until heated through.
  7. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
