- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz egg noodles
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil or butter and sauté the beef strips for about 5–7 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onion and garlic; sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Pour in beef broth along with Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard; bring to a simmer.
- Return the beef to the skillet, stir in sour cream, and season with salt and pepper.
