Ingredients
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken (finely diced)
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
- Water (for assembly)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rotisserie chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and ranch seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Place about ⅓ cup of the filling onto each egg roll wrapper. Wet the edges with water, fold up the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal.
