Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 1 cup pork rind crumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Minced garlic
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish with melted butter.
