  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix (plus included seasoning packet)
  • ¼ cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with diced onion until browned; drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in cheddar soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, and one cup of shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  5. In a bowl, combine biscuit mix, shredded cheese, and milk until just combined; pour over the beef mixture.
