  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream (for mousse)
  • 12 oz semisweet chocolate (for mousse)

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar until well mixed. Add eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition, then mix in vanilla extract.
  3. Sift together cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder; fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
