- 1/2 cup sugar (for topping)
- 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 (8 oz) packages softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar (for filling)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine 1/2 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp cinnamon in a bowl; set aside.
- Beat softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with non-stick spray and sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly on the bottom.
- Unroll one can of crescent dough; press seams together to form a flat layer and place it in the pan.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over this layer.
- Roll out the second can of dough and place it over the cream cheese filling.
- Sprinkle remaining cinnamon-sugar on top.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Allow cooling before cutting into bars.
