- 180 ml egg whites
- 80 grams Greek yogurt

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together oat flour, maple syrup or honey, egg, and egg whites until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour about 1/3 cup of batter into the pan, swirling to spread evenly.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift easily, then flip and cook for another minute. Repeat with remaining batter.
- For the filling, combine Greek yogurt, sweetener, and cinnamon in a small bowl; add milk if needed for consistency.
- Spread the yogurt filling onto each cooked crepe and roll them up gently.
