Description

Classic Deviled Eggs are a timeless appetizer that brings a delightful blend of creamy and tangy flavors to any gathering.


Ingredients

  • ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 34 teaspoons pickle juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Paprika and fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Carefully peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, salt, and pepper; mash until smooth.
