Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 3 slices cooked bacon
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 large russet potatoes

Instructions
- In a slow cooker, place chicken and sprinkle with ranch seasoning. Add cream cheese on top.
- Cook on HIGH for 2.5–3 hours or LOW for 4–5 hours until chicken is tender. Shred the chicken and mix in bacon and cheddar cheese.
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Wash potatoes, rub with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, then bake on a foil-lined sheet for 45–60 minutes until fork-tender.
