  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 300 g rigatoni pasta
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • ½ cup double cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Season ribeye steaks with paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil; let marinate.

  3. Sear steaks in a hot frying pan for about 2 minutes on each side; let rest.
  4. Boil rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente; reserve some pasta water.

  6. Stir in Parmesan until melted; adjust sauce with reserved pasta water.
  7. Toss rigatoni into the sauce; slice rested steaks and serve over pasta.
