- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear in a large skillet with olive oil for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Set aside.
