- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup whole milk
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Asiago cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Adobo (red top)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ½ cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, Adobo, and paprika.
