  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheeses, diced onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and stir in flour until bubbly. Gradually whisk in chicken broth until smooth. Add sour cream and green chilies; heat through.
