  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (5-7 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, cook the chicken breast in remaining bacon grease until golden brown (6-8 minutes per side) and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Let rest before slicing.
  3. Crumble the bacon and slice the chicken. Mix ranch seasoning with water in a bowl.
  4. Spread mayo-sour cream mixture on the tortilla. Layer with ranch-coated chicken, cheeses, crumbled bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
  5. Roll up the tortilla tightly and crisp it in the skillet for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
