Instructions
- Pat the beef stew meat dry with paper towels and place it in a slow cooker.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together beef broth, onion soup mix, thyme, minced garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the beef in the slow cooker and ensure all pieces are coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours until the beef is tender.
- Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
