- 1/4 cup water

Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, combine lemon zest, juice, and chicken broth; set aside.
- Mix garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, paprika, and Italian seasoning in a small ramekin.
- Pour the lemon mixture over the chicken and sprinkle with seasonings. Add minced garlic.
- Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 6-8 hours until chicken is tender.
- About 20 minutes before serving, stir in uncooked Jasmine rice and water; cover and cook until rice is tender.
