Ingredients
- 3 packages frozen Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine 3 cups of chicken broth, frozen pierogies, sliced kielbasa, and shredded cheddar cheese in a 4-6 quart crockpot. Stir well.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, warm the remaining chicken broth with cream cheese until smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture into the crockpot and stir to combine. Sprinkle additional cheddar cheese on top and cook on low for another 30 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or green onions.
