  • 3 packages frozen Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine 3 cups of chicken broth, frozen pierogies, sliced kielbasa, and shredded cheddar cheese in a 4-6 quart crockpot. Stir well.
  2. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6 hours.
  3. About 30 minutes before serving, warm the remaining chicken broth with cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the crockpot and stir to combine. Sprinkle additional cheddar cheese on top and cook on low for another 30 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or green onions.
