  • 2 Large Eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Semi-Sweet or Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Caramel Flavored Chips
  • Sea Salt Flakes (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a stand mixer, cream butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until combined.
  5. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients until just mixed; fold in chocolate and caramel chips.
  6. Scoop dough onto baking sheets leaving space between each cookie; sprinkle with sea salt.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are set but centers look slightly underbaked.
  8. Allow to cool on baking sheets for five minutes before transferring to a rack.
