- 1 cup slivered almonds

- 4 ounces crumbled goat cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 5 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spread slivered almonds on a sheet pan and toast for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool.
- In a Mason jar, combine olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper. Shake well to mix.
