  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 4 slices cooked crumbled bacon
  • 5 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, dry ranch seasoning, and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle half of the crumbled bacon over the top.
  5. Layer frozen tater tots evenly on top of the mixture.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly; then add remaining cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes until melted.
  7. Garnish with remaining crumbled bacon and sliced green onions before serving.
