Instructions

- Layer half the batter in the pan, sprinkle with half the cinnamon-sugar mix, add remaining batter, then top with remaining cinnamon-sugar.
- Bake for about 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
