Ingredients

  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar

  • 1 cup avocado oil (or light olive oil)

Instructions

  1. Combine the egg, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, and salt in a tall jar suitable for blending.

  3. Insert the immersion blender into the jar, pressing it firmly against the bottom. Blend for 10-15 seconds until emulsified.
