- 10 oz extra firm tofu or vegetables/mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 cup water or vegetable broth
- 5–7 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tsp dark soy sauce (optional)
- 2–3 tbsp corn starch
- 2–3 tbsp sugar (or liquid sweetener)
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl; set aside.
- Boil water in a pot; add ramen noodles and cook until chewy.
- Drain noodles and rinse if desired.
- In a non-stick pan, sauté veggies or tofu until cooked.
- Add the sauce to the pan; simmer for about 3 minutes.
