  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix warm milk, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and egg until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients along with the yeast mixture; stir until combined and knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
  5. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap or a towel, and let rise in a warm place until doubled (1–2 hours).
  6. Punch down the dough gently and shape it into a loaf; place it in a greased loaf pan and allow it to rise again for about 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for approximately 15 minutes until golden brown.
