Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 small sweet onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 small head cabbage (about 8 cups shredded)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Fresh ginger, minced

  2. Push the turkey to one side of the pan, add remaining oil and onion; sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in carrots, garlic, and ginger; cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth; deglaze the skillet by scraping up any brown bits.
