  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Minute rice (white or brown)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 9×13 baking pan with butter.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, water, and rice until well mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and place chicken breasts on top.
  5. Sprinkle Lipton onion soup mix evenly over the chicken.
  6. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 to 1.5 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. For added flavor, uncover and sprinkle shredded cheese on top during the last 10 minutes of baking.
