Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 large onions
- 1 cup Gruyère cheese (or mozzarella)
- 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Olive oil
- Fresh thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add sliced onions, salt, pepper, and half of the thyme. Sauté until softened, then caramelize for about 15 minutes.
