- 12 oz rigatoni pasta

- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain and set aside.
