  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic (4 for chicken, 2 for pasta)
  • 12 oz fettuccine or preferred pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  4. In another pan, melt butter for the creamy sauce. Sauté remaining garlic briefly before adding heavy cream and chicken broth. Whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. Toss cooked pasta in the creamy sauce until well coated.
  6. Serve pasta topped with garlic butter chicken and garnish with parsley.
