Ingredients
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or 4 thighs)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons butter or ghee
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream (or coconut milk)

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by mixing yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and spices in a bowl. Coat the chicken well and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- In a frying pan over medium heat, cook the marinated chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté onions in butter until translucent. Add garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant.
- Stir in remaining spices followed by tomato paste and crushed tomatoes; simmer for a few minutes.
- Add cream or coconut milk to the sauce and let it thicken slightly. Season to taste.
- Return cooked chicken to the pan and simmer briefly before serving.
