  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a nonstick pan over medium heat.
  2. Cut salmon into four portions for even cooking.
  3. Add olive oil to the pan; sauté garlic until fragrant.
