Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until onions are translucent.
  4. Layer the beef mixture in the baking dish followed by thinly sliced potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar and Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Pour beef broth around the edges and optional milk over potatoes.
