  • 45 medium potatoes, thinly sliced

  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup beef broth or water
  • 1/4 cup milk (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook ground beef until browned (5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onion and garlic; cook until softened (3-4 minutes).
  4. Spread beef mixture in the baking dish. Layer sliced potatoes on top, season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning; sprinkle cheeses over them.
  5. Pour broth around edges and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender and cheese is golden.
