  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened flaked coconut, chopped

Instructions

  1. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Melt the milk chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring in coconut oil until smooth.
  3. Spoon melted chocolate into each liner, spreading it up the sides; sprinkle chopped coconut over the chocolate and chill for 20 minutes.
  4. Add marshmallow fluff into each cup and top with remaining coconut; chill again for another 20 minutes.
  5. Cover the tops of the cups with more melted chocolate and chill until set.
