- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic (grated)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Halve the Brussels sprouts and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with avocado oil and season with salt and pepper; toss to coat.
- Roast the sprouts cut side down for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
