  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 110 g honey (about 1/3 cup)
  • 80 ml chicken stock (about 1/3 cup)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce

Instructions

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add unsalted butter and minced garlic to the pan, stirring gently as the butter melts.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix honey, chicken stock, rice vinegar, and soy sauce. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
  5. Bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer for about 4-5 minutes until thickened and coating the chicken evenly.
