- 2–3 tablespoons sriracha
- 2 medium zucchini
- 1 medium summer squash
- 1 ½ cups shredded carrots
- 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa
- 1 medium avocado
Instructions

- Heat avocado oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts for about 5 minutes per side until browned.
