  • 60 Nilla Wafers
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream (for filling)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (for topping)
  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  2. Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form; add powdered sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, blend cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and zest until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream.
  3. Pour filling into chilled crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  4. For topping, beat heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form; spread or pipe over the pie.
