Ingredients
- 250 g Dark chocolate
- 200 g Milk chocolate
- 200 g Butter
- 150 g Golden syrup
- 100 g Malted milk biscuits (broken)
- 75 g Mini marshmallows
- 200 g Maltesers
Instructions
- Line an 8" square tin with baking paper.
- Melt butter, golden syrup, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until combined and cool for 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine broken biscuits, mini marshmallows, and most of the Maltesers.
- Pour two-thirds of the melted chocolate mixture into the bowl and stir to coat.
- Transfer the mixture to the lined tin, smoothing it down evenly. Top with remaining chocolate if desired.
- Decorate with remaining Maltesers before chilling in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight until set.
- Once set, slice into pieces and enjoy!
