  • 1/2 lb bow tie pasta
  • 1 lb mild pork sausage
  • 2 (26 oz) jars spaghetti sauce
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 lb cooked ham, cubed
  • Sliced pepperoni (amount as desired)
  • 3 (8 oz) bags shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook bow tie pasta according to package instructions until al dente; rinse and drain.
  3. In a large skillet, brown sausage with diced onion, garlic, and oregano over medium heat; drain excess grease.
  4. In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer half the pasta, followed by half the sauce and cheese mixture; repeat layers and top with pepperoni.
  5. Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
