  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (28-ounce) jar marinara sauce
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and stir in marinara sauce; set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, half of the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt until smooth. Fold in the frozen ravioli gently.
  4. Layer the ravioli mixture in the prepared baking dish and top with the meat sauce. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan and 1 cup of mozzarella on top.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
