  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 garlic clove, grated or minced
  • Cracked black pepper, to taste
  • ⅓ cup neutral oil (such as avocado or grapeseed oil)
  • 4 large flour (burrito-size) tortillas or whole-wheat wraps
  • 2 romaine hearts, chopped (about 8 cups)
  • 1 cup croutons, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally and season with a mixture of Parmesan cheese, spices, and olive oil.
  2. Cook in a large skillet over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through (7-10 minutes).
  3. Prepare the Miso-Caesar dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, lemon juice, miso paste, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and oil until smooth.
