  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 ounce) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Dissolve orange jello in boiling water and let cool for about 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare a springform pan by spraying with cooking spray and lining the bottom with parchment paper.
  3. Mix Graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt; press into the pan's bottom. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Beat cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Whip heavy cream with remaining powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form; fold half into cream cheese mixture.
  6. Combine remaining whipped cream with cooled jello mixture gently.
  7. Layer cream cheese mixture and jello mixture alternately in the crust; swirl gently for a marbled effect.
