Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 8 oz grape tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
- Fresh basil, chopped
- Garlic cloves, minced
- Olive oil
- Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
- Toss grape tomatoes with mozzarella balls and basil in another bowl; season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and sear until golden brown on both sides.
