Description

One-Pot Teriyaki Noodles are the ultimate quick-fix meal that combines vibrant vegetables and delectable noodles with a homemade teriyaki sauce—all cooked in just one pot! This easy vegetarian dish is perfect for busy weeknights, family gatherings, or whenever you’re craving a satisfying meatless option.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ green cabbage, shredded
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ⅔ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 16 oz spaghetti (1 pound)
  • 3 ½ cups water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add shredded cabbage and carrots; sauté for about 5 minutes until tender.
  2. Mix in soy sauce, brown sugar, ground mustard, ground ginger, and garlic powder. Stir well.
  3. Add spaghetti (break in half if desired) and pour in water. Cook uncovered for 15-18 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  4. Once cooked, remove from heat and toss with sesame seeds before serving.
